Good Natured Salad Review and Competition

Now that summer is finally here, with some lovely warm days, there's nothing better than a tasty salad to eat and with Good Natured Salad's you can be assured of a healthy and mouth-watering lunch safe in the knowledge that there are no horrible pesticide residues.

Established in 1994 by growers Lochy Porter, his father Willie and cousin James Gray, Good Natured is a sub-brand of Angus Soft Fruits based in Angus Scotland and available in selected Asda and Whole Foods Market Stores nationwide.

Crisp, crunchy and colourful, Good Natured's Tantalising Tomatoes, Cool Cucumbers, Perfect Peppers and Awesome Aubergines are pesticide residue free and are packed with natural nutrients to see you through the summer months.

Good Natured use only natural predators (good bugs) to control pests (bad bugs) and disease, so you can be assured that the range is grown in tune with mother nature, completely residue free. The produce is both good by name and good by nature.

Good Natured Tantalising Tomatoes (baby plum and vine tomatoes) are a sweet celebration of summer, bursting with sunshine and goodness. Did you know that tomatoes are full of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to protecting your skin from the sun!

Enjoy the sweet flavour and fresh aroma of Good Natured Cool Cucumbers (whole cucumbers), a low calorie vegetable with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Good Natured Perfect Peppers are so sweet and crunchy they can be chopped up and enjoyed on their own or dipped in houmous. Peppers have more than twice the vitamin C found in an orange so get crunching!

The smooth and fleshy texture of Good Natured Awesome Aubergines gives them a creamy, smokey taste.

Good Natured also have their own website, full of tasty recipes, information on their products and growers, competitions, games and even their own blog! It's well worth a look and feel free to check them out on Facebook and Twitter as well.

But that's not all!!!

Good Natured have teamed up with Feather Down Farm Days to offer TWO lucky winners and up to five of their friends and family, a stay at one of their fabulous locations.

A break with Feather Down Farm Days allows families to get away from the daily rush and reconnect with each other and Britain's beautiful countryside. They have tents on close to 30 farms across the UK, from Cornwall to the Lake District, by the coast, in national parks, within easy driving distance of your home.

Enjoy the simpler things in life, farms where chickens lay your eggs fresh for breakfast, cook on a wood burning stove or admire the countryside from a field spa heated with firewood. However you want to relax and enjoy yourself, you can do it with Feather Down Farm Days.

To enter all you have to do is head over to the Good Natured Website and answer one simple question before the competition ends on the 21st August 2012.

So what are you waiting for? Go and check it out now and next time you're shopping in Asda, be sure to stock up on some tasty Good Natured Salad!
